During the call, we will discuss your project needs and how to best use the week to achieve your goals, timelines and general discussion on how we will collaborate moving forward. Monthly plan Within a few seconds after payment you will receive links to your own Trello board where you'll assign tasks to me. Furthermore, you will also receive links to setup two 30 mins calls with me every week.

Sprint Week is designed for focused, short-term projects that can be completed within a week. It's ideal for landing pages, UX audits, feature improvements, and design refinements. The Monthly Plan is an ongoing design partnership for teams that need continuous support across product, web, and growth initiatives.
How does unlimited requests work?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to the backlog as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How does unlimited revisions work?
Revisions are included to ensure the final outcome meets your expectations. The Monthly Plan includes ongoing iteration, while Sprint Week includes revisions within the agreed project scope.
How quickly do you deliver?
Most requests are delivered within 2 business days. Larger projects, complex product flows, or multi-page designs may require additional time, which will be communicated upfront.
How do communication and feedback work?
Communication happens primarily through Trello, X chat, Telegram, and email. You can also suggest other messaging platforms you may prefer. Additionally based on the chosen plan, you can book calls with me.
How do you handle large complex projects?
Large requests are broken into smaller tasks with your input. This applies to full website or app design and UI/UX work. You’ll receive work in stages every 24–48 hours until completion.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the time and resources allocated to each project, refunds are generally not offered. If you're unsure about which plan is right for you, feel free to arrange a discovery call with me and I'll help you decide.
